Who we are. irisrow.com is run by Iris Row, a trade name of Adit Kohli (sole proprietor). You can reach us at support@irisrow.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Iris Row; "you" means anyone using the site or placing an order.

Using the site. By browsing or ordering, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or ordering with a parent or guardian's permission. Products are sold for personal use, not resale.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, if a price or description on the site was clearly wrong, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we'll email you and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Cancelling your order. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't been sent to our warehouse yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, use our returns process instead.

Prices and payment. All prices are in US dollars, with no hidden fees; shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Taxes or import charges, if any, are explained in our Shipping Policy. Card payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we never see or store your full card number. Because our payment partner is based outside the US, some banks add an international transaction fee, and your statement may show our registered business name rather than "Iris Row." Discount codes can't be combined unless the offer says so, and each code has its own terms shown where it's offered.

Shipping and returns. Delivery times, costs and where we ship are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, damaged items and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Product information. We describe and photograph items as accurately as we can. Colors can look different on different screens, and handmade or natural-material details can vary slightly. Sizes and measurements are listed on each product page; if you're unsure about fit, email us before ordering.

Your account and messages. If you contact us or join our email list, you agree to give accurate information. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property. The site's text, design and photos belong to Iris Row or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.

Problems and disputes. If something goes wrong, email support@irisrow.com first. Most issues are fixed within a few days, and it's usually faster than opening a dispute with your bank. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without taking away any protections you have under your local consumer law.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; the terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
