Iris Row is an independent shop. We list women's shoes, bags, and everyday pieces in US sizes — comfortable heels, easy flats, a bag that holds a day. The list stays short on purpose.
How orders ship
We don't make the products. We choose the styles, show the real photos, and fulfillment partners ship them.
Shipping is 5–8 business days at $4.99.
What you can count on
- A tracking link by email once the order ships.
- 30 days to return anything unworn, with the tags still on. If we got it wrong, you don't pay return shipping, and you are never asked to mail it overseas.
- Email support@irisrow.com. A real person reads it and replies within one business day, Monday–Friday.
